Yesterday night I had a nap and then I exercised. I'm so happy! I can almost do one full session of trampoline without losing all my breath or feeling my muscles sore after 5 mins. jumping. Small accomplishments that make me feel more motivated to keep going.
Also, I'm doing 20 min. exercises with handweights :) I feel my arms are getting stronger!
Today I feel weak, though. It feels like I'm going to catch a cold soon, so today after zumba I'll go to the pharmacy and try to find a vitamin shot or something that stops it. I can't get sick, I can't stop exercising or eating properly, that can affect my May goal.
Today I weighed in again and I had a nice loss from yesterday! the extra grs. from the weekend's weigh in are totally gone :) Yaaiii!
