I have a little mantra that is going... "I must go 45 minutes at the gym tonight. I can do it. 45 minutes. I want to do it..etc.etc"
I just figured out the weight watchers points thing in the food journal. My count was totally the same :)
Tonight must remember to upload pictures, I am a week behind on my project. And Lost! these things are not so much about this weight loss thing but I like journaling.

I like the yoga DVD a lot! I got it off of Amazon. It's just a beginners DVD, but I'm a beginner so it works. I HATE working out with a passion! But the Walk Away The Pounds is a really good workout too if you're pressed for time. It's 30 minutes and equivalent to walking two miles.

Amrossi13- You go to my account and the very bottom of the options is the food part where you can select/deselect what you want to see in your food journal--it is so convienient. It might do away with my paper journaling. :)
