Careful people. I may have just been phished by a fatsecret pretender. My email said I had a buddy request so I logged in through the email and no request had been made. I quickly loaded the site directly and changed my password. I know better too.

Ah, the downside of this internet thing. I was getting phished by another site and finally figured out 'how' ~ and my friends know never send me a link in an email as I'll never click it. Thanks for the heads up.
