Been having some muscle cramping issues especially in my legs so I have added potassium to my daily vitamins. Took a muscle relaxer last night which made waking up harder then normal but I literally sprang up outta bed (which was good).
Seem to be having some issue today as I haven't done "paperwork" yet today. But did twice yesterday. Mood is overall positive despite the circumstances surrounding my life right now.

dude! your snacks are KILLING YOU! wow! you would have been under 2000 yesterday if you had stayed away from them.
I bet if you stay under 2000 a day, you will drop 20 lbs a month. I have been sticking to 1500-1700 a day and thats been working great for me! Great to see you on here man! good luck on your journey of weight loss! it's amazing!

Thanks John! I ate those "snacks" when I got really light headed due to not eating for 5 hours. I should have made a much better decision on what I had but instead I went for quick and easy food that was there ready to eat.
I really need to get my fat intake under control as well.
