Starting Monday, I am going to do a strict '72 Atkins induction. (I'll be close to it tomorrow, but slightly off). I feel like I've been out of ketosis the last few days, and I'm not sure what did it. I also went up 1.5 lbs. Now, I can't say I never did that before, because I rarely weighed on my old scale because it was so hard to read. But, it's not a good sign, combined with feeling like I'm out of ketosis(judging by my breath). So, I really want to make sure I'm back where I need to be. That means being diligent about my veggies (it's so weird to think I can't have broccoli, but that's still part of my old calorie-counting mentality). That's the only thing I can think that's throwing me off (unless I am suddenly cheese-intolerant, or the bacon I've been using has too much sugar. It's not maple cured, just regular. But that's the only thing different I've been doing). I'm hoping this will be just the trick to getting back on the losing track.
