So I suppose the era of clean eating for 2011 has begun. Following Super Bowl Sunday (crackers, chips, dip, beer, etc), and feeling extremely bloated the following day, it seems like as good a time as any to be focused on clean eating and good exercise.
Probably won't get to hit the gym today - studying for an exam tonight, but I burned 1000 calories yesterday, and I plan to do it the rest of this week too. That will make up for the lost burn!
Goals: eat clean protein and clean complex carbs, and fill up the rest with green veggies. =)
