i've decided to be on a strict diet. i'm getting my calories from a soy protein shake (since i'm a vegetarian) and two solid meals, it all adds up to around 1200 calories and really good workouts at the gym. so i'm 8 pounds down and i realllly hope that i can stick to this, cos it's not hard it jus takes a lot of willpower. oh i'm also taking a multivitamin so i can get all the nutrients i need.
jus needed to write a journal since this weekend i did terrible, i didn't even post my food intake, it's better i didn't since i went to taco cabana and felt horrible!!
oh heads up! my starting weight was supposed to be 241 and i accidentally put 141 so jus clarying!
