gorditq's Logboek, 25 apr 14

Today was a great day: drank my 3 liters of water, walk in my treadmill one hour and burned 320 cal. chose my food carefully but only one terrible mistake when I woke up decided to drink my first glass of water like everyday and after that started my walking skiping my breakfast and was the worst decision ever!!! I felt dizzy and tired even after lunch, but I learned a good lesson.
