Hello team mates. I'm working around my knee today. Yoga, 28 day wow challenge 28day wow, cardio, & pushups.

Meals: Ginger Roger, smoothie, cabbage soup, & enchilada casserole.

I'm grateful that I start another day with a good mind set, that my debt free plan is working, and that I have a group to share with. Today the water will absolutely happen. In fact, I'll drink 16 ounces now to get started on the right track.
