HAY EVERYBODY IT IS FRIDAY!!!!!! Well I went to the surgical class yesterday and met with the doctor and I have reach the amount of weight I need to lose so now I need to have my head examined and if I get the green light I will be meeting with the surgeon and then I can have the surgery done. I am excited and I know that this is what I need to do to help me get to a healthier me.

Thank you everybody for your words of incourgement. I am trying to stick to eerything and make sure I exercise evef yday and on Sunday I try to do extra steps to off set no curve's
