went for a walk---supposed to be good for you. A couple blocks from my sons house I tripped on something. I landed on mt face (the left eye orbit) took the blow. I alst hit my arm. It was a very hard fall, I was dazed. Called husband for hrlp. We went to walk in clinic and X-ray said bones in face were ok, but arm is broken. A temp. cast is on now. Missed the orthopedist return call and she left at noon. Now I have to call tomorrow---hope they can get me in. Right arm, not easy

I did something similar and was in a sling for 17 months, so know how you feel. Mine was the right arm too. Hope you have lots of friends and family to help you. I had to get my daughter to come and hang out the wash on her way to work and sone bring it in after school

Oh no! I am constantly terrified of tripping because I have done it so many times. Prayers for good news from the orthopedic. Let's hope once they get the permanent cast on that it won't have to be on for more than a few short weeks. Sorry it was your right arm!
