Starting my personal challenge to lose 10 lbs. in 12 weeks.
Starting weight 170.0 lbs. Will track every bit of food, all water Will track exercise minutes and calories burned.
Aiming for a weekly calorie deficit of 3500 kcal, which equals 1 lb. weight loss.
Today is sunny and humid; rain this evening and tomorrow, so plan is to get next section of garden weeded and compost applied. If this takes less than 2 hours, I will start to cut back our rosa rugosa (4 big bushes) and continue to prune dead branches out of the lilac which is being rapidly taken over by a honeysuckle which must have been seeded from bird droppings.
