Does anyone have good advice or tips on substitutions for higher fat / calorie foods? For example, instead of ice cream I'll have a fudgsicle. Instead of white bread I use whole grain bread with no added salt or sugar. Anyone find anything that's really good and almost guilt free?
I'm not very good at restricting my diet so I find that finding lower fat / sugar / calorie foods a lot easier that cutting certain things (like bread) out all together.
Tips? Suggestions? Advice?

Let's see....here are some brands I have found useful that aren't disgusting: Thomas' multrigrain or Brownberry 12 grain items, Green Giant steamer bags, anything Kashi or Cascadian Farms (like granola bars, cereals, etc), Garden of Eatin' tortilla chips, Skinny Cow or Weight Watchers ice cream, Silk almond milk protein shakes, Boca meatless patties (don't be scared of meatless!), Starkist tuna 100 calories pouches, Hillshire Farms turkey sausage, Egg Beaters, Perdue ready-to-eat chicken pouches, Snack Factory pretzels, Paul Newmans salsa, Prego heart healthy spaghetti sauce, Progresso light soups, Ronzoni smart taste pasta....and any fresh veggies and fruits!!! These are the items I automatically go for at the grocery store....others may disagree but I do pretty well on these!

oh, also....Livestrong.com has really great info...say you want to know what a healthy option is for a granola bar or fruit juice, you can type that in their search bar and a list usually pops up...

Instead of breads I've been eating things like Fiber One wraps or flatbreads. I pick ones that are high figer, high protein, and low in sugar. That makes them relatively low in calories also. Air popped popcorn with a little grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on it is good, I haven't eaten it much but it's healthy as long as you don't gorge on it.
