I don't know why I felt weak this weekend. I think moving and getting out of my routine makes it harder. I didnt cheat though. I was a little less strict though. I went to a farmers market and bought some sugar free peanut brittle. Then I bought some sugar free Vanilla Pudding cups. 6 carbs in one cup. That will have to be a treat I only have every now and then. I have been allowing myself wheat & fiber bread and whole wheat tortillas. I am still losing though and I like having more variety in my diet. If I stop losing weight I will know exactly why. We'll see if I can eat all this stuff & keep losing? I hope so!!!

I have been adding new foods also cause I found myself getting board with the food It doesnt seem to effect my diet yet and I am still loosing. I do however on the days I eat them tend to increase xercise for that day.I was like a child having a lollypop when I found the wholegrain Weetbix and I had it hot with the fake sugar and cream it makes me feel good to sit down every second morning and have cereal with my kids. I also have this low carb bread every 3rd day only one peice but it is like heaven. I also now and then have the low carb Ice cream which is only 2.3 carbs per serve. Let me know of the new foods you are trying I would like to add a bit more variety.

I think you are doing the right thing. Like you say, if you do put on weight you'll know why. But it sounds like you are in control of how much you're eating. I eat a 100g of dark chocolate every week, a total of 30 carbs. I don't think a little is going to hurt. At least i'm not eating 3 candy bars a day like i used to (that was on a good day!). Besides the odd bit of chocolate or heaven forbid a little carrot in my coleslaw, i'm sticking to the plan. I have eaten way to much cheese today though, oh well, i'll see the results on friday. Keep up the good work :)
