Sooooo... This is a pleasant surprise. I'll take the loss :). I am feeling so tired right now with not getting the sleep I should be getting. I just found out that I do have sleep apnea. The doctor says it's on the mild side but was very enthusiastic about my future with the new CPAP machine that is on its way. He says it will take me about 3 months to really get use to it. That they will be keeping tabs through the machine. That it hooks up to the WiFi and they can access the information. I was kinda wierded out by that... Big Brother is really able to track it all. lol But he says there are no bad side effects & it will help me with my pain, mental health & weight loss. Well can I get an AMEN! Looking forward to reaping the possible benefits.

I have been able to stick to the low carb lifestyle. I do, on occasion, allow myself to have a very small amount of fruit (mostly berries) & nuts as a treat. Last night I had a 1/2 cup (or more) of whole milk cottage cheese with some chopped walnuts, frozen blueberries & a drizzle of Lacanto Sugar Free Maple Syrup. Even my son was intrigued and asked "what is that?"

The journey continues. I can't believe I have made it this far. But I'm so happy that I am here. Under 300lbs looks like a possibility now.

My husband was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2019 and loves his machine. You should have more energy too once you are getting better sleep.
