Hope I can keep the mind set to eat sensibly. So far I have done reasonably well. I want to change my diet permanently; eating fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains, limiting fat as much as possible. I also want to keep portions smaller. I just want to remember that a good diet is essential to good health. No more "diets" for me. I just want to eat right and exercise. Maybe by recording my thoughts may keep me on track. Thanks Fatsecret.....
