I will try Alternate Day Fasting. First meal at 8:30 am and final meal at 8:30 PM with some flexibility of course. On the eating day I will have between my BMR and TDEE which is 1743 calories for now. I do not want to eat to little or will not lose most likely. I will eat whatever I really wish for on the eating days to start and switch to healthier options.
This may seem crazy to some so in my inner circle I will keep it to myself. I am going to take some MCT oil, Metamucil and a small 500 calorie dinner on my fasting days for a week or so to ease into it.
I will drink tons of water to help satiate those cravings (which are most often not hunger). I have heard many good things about ADF and so it will be. Probably will lose all of this weight and hit my goal within six months.
