Made it through a week of exercise. Still haven't decided on my routine, but I'm there. Eating some good things, but always give into temptation too. Next week, good things w/o all the caving in. Gave up Candy, but that still leaves a lot of Goodies open. I've done Abs Diet Circuit twice this week. I think I'll do 3x per week and one ripped in 13 per week. Abs exercises on Friday and find another day. Cardio Mon- Fri (minimum 4 xs per week).
