After I weigh myself on Friday mornings, I typically eat well for breakfast and lunch, then have something I wouldn't normally eat for dinner, with no consideration for portion control (a cheat). But since I have been on this website, my portion intake has become much smaller, so I don't eat until I'm uncomfortable anymore, even on cheat days. That's a good thing. Yesterday, we bbq'd burgers for dinner. I had 2 cooked for me, but couldn't eat the 2nd. I did not plug in any info yesterday (which is normal for me on a cheat day) but since what I ate all day was so simple, I thought that I would add it today. I ATE 20.5 PTS AT DINNER ALONE YESTERDAY!!! Euw!!! 12 pts for a burger only??? I'm thinking maybe I should be making my own patties in the future. I'm a firm believer in living life and allowing cheats, but that grossed me out. Perhaps I should go back to not entering info on cheat days! Off to do the shred...
