After the first week on keto I lost a lot, much more than I expect, now it's down to a manageable level, perhaps 3 lbs per week, and I'd be happy with that. Keto food is easy to follow, not drinking beer is killing me - but let's give this a few more weeks and then relax a little on the weekends.
