zest7's Logboek, 02 aug 14

Okay, this has really gotten out of hand. I have continued to gain wt for the past year. almost all of the wt I lost last year. I have made halfhearted attempts at controlling my eating but have not followed through. I have not been recording EVERYTHING I eat and have not been riding my bike and I have been eating after 7 pm.

It all ends today. I will ride my bike to the farmers market and then go to the Y to use the rowing machine. I will go to the Y on Tues, THurs and Saturday. MOstly to use the rowing machine but it could be swimming. I will ride my bike to the y as much as possible. also ride my bike to turtle for breakfast with camille.

I have been enjoying having folks here for wine on the patio. I have been eating too much during those evenings. I can keep having these soirees just not eat at them.
