Ok, another day no weight loss...staying exactly teh same no loss, no gain...at a steady 158 the past 10 days. So, I am adding something to the mix.... after doing some reading. I am sticking to atkins, the vegetarian way, but I am adding in some additional pointers from the 4 hr body diet. So, I did 50 squats this morning before breakfast. Had a cup of green tea before breakfast and 3 eggs( to get in enough protein) within 1 hr after waking. I definitely need to focus on water, water, water all day too in addition to green tea 3 times a day with meals, and squats before each meal and 50 squats 60-90 min after each meal. Let's see if this breaks the plateau. I am also going to do kettleball workouts 2 times/week. Ok, here we go. Oh yeah, I need to pick up some lemons to have water with some lemon juice.

Hey, just a suggestion... these are fantastic goals, btw... print out this journal entry... and stick this on your fridge or near by where you will see it a couple times a day... just keep reminding yourself throughout the day where to keep your focus on the things you are trying to change up... and surely you will see some progress soon. Good luck to ya!
