Ok, another day no weight loss...staying exactly teh same no loss, no gain...at a steady 158 the past 10 days. So, I am adding something to the mix.... after doing some reading. I am sticking to atkins, the vegetarian way, but I am adding in some additional pointers from the 4 hr body diet. So, I did 50 squats this morning before breakfast. Had a cup of green tea before breakfast and 3 eggs( to get in enough protein) within 1 hr after waking. I definitely need to focus on water, water, water all day too in addition to green tea 3 times a day with meals, and squats before each meal and 50 squats 60-90 min after each meal. Let's see if this breaks the plateau. I am also going to do kettleball workouts 2 times/week. Ok, here we go. Oh yeah, I need to pick up some lemons to have water with some lemon juice.
