Ok today is day 5 of my "new lifestyle" after all these years I detest the word diet. Have done great and lost 5 lbs. Eating tons of veggies and getting 40-60 grams of fiber per day. Wow do I feel better already. Still not craving sweets or anything really. Please let me get out of the 200's. It is not a place I ever want to be again.
