I totally didn't realize I haven't weighed-in in such a long time. I think about it then get distracted. To be honest I am up in weight. I got as low as 320lbs. But I splurged on the Thanksgiving holiday. But I know that I will be back down as my body adjusts to going back to what I have been doing (low carb). I did try to stay as close to the eating regiment as possible but I wasn't over critical on it and am ok with what I did do. I know I over ate but there was no dessert for me.
Honestly, I believe Christmas may be a little more hard to get thru. Life without tamales is not an easy thing. But I found a recipe on Low Carb Love that uses almond flour as masa. I will have to experiment with it to see if it works. I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday.
P.S. I am super excited to see myself get below 320lbs. People have been noticing my body shifting to a smaller size and am actually able to get in to some jeans that I haven't been able to in many years. lol... I even have to buy new underware. The other ones just are way too baggy.
