Still stuck at around 220ish. Ugh. I guess at least I’m not gaining. I keep fast food to an absolute minimum. I switched to Diet Pepsi as a soda treat. I drink water, tea, and Gatorade. My lunch is either salad or canned soup, paired with an apple, orange, Greek yogurt. 2 bananas in the morning, the occasional granola bar every other day. Multi vitamins.

I also hit the gym twice a week and burn roughly 650 calories each visit based on the app.

Any tips?

Sounds like you're already eating good make sure you're not eating over your limit tho. Bananas by weight are usually way more calories then what the app logs. And Gatorade has calories too make sure you're logging those. Those couple of things could be a few hundred calories putting you at maintenance. If all is in check there, then Move more. Being active helps alot and also keeps you busy which will keep your mind off food.

see what happens if you don't do any fast food, Pepsi, Gatorade, can soup, and granola bars for 1week try drinking freshly squeezed lemon water on a empty stomach first thing in the morning and see that you will flourish downward hope that helps.

Canned soup has a lot of sodium. Look for low sodium on the label. Add one or two days of exercise, even if it’s only walking. Hope you get unstuck soon! Best wishes to you!

Bananas are high in calories. I stay away from them. Switch to zero calorie Gaytorade. Drink more h2o than usual. 650 calories is good, but you need to burn more. Also, you may be @a plateau. Canned soup has too much sodium. I stay away from those too. Make your own soup. Freeze it if you think you will get bored with it. When you eat more, work out more! =)

Yea, like what Slow Meta said, you could be plateauing (you're hopefully gaining muscle after all and your body will figure out how to acclimate to any exercise you throw at it), so couple of points I wanna relay to you... 1. The public can give suggestions to you all day, but eventually you do have to perform some internal review with your meals and be your own critic. Look at what you've eaten in the past month and notice where you could have cut down. -For example, 5 cups of Merlot Wine on Dec 4th could have been limited to 2 cups. Sip, and if you sip too frequently, sip less. -Example 2, fruit juice is basically sugar water. You'll feel less hungry (and for longer) eating a whole apple compared to drinking apple juice. Same goes for any other fruit you can think of. 2. Adjust your exercise so that you burn more. -Make it mandatory for yourself to start walking 15-30 min every lunch session. Excuse yourself from the table, if they won't let you go, invite them along. -Your gym have a stairmaster? So much easier to stay on a stairmaster for 45 minutes compared to a treadmill for 30min.

If you are "stalled" - try one day of liquid / soft foods (easily digestible) - keep the calories low and take in fluids - easily digestible that are processed quickly - in order to "kick start" the body of maintenance mode. Do not use artificial sweeteners.

All_Pain_No_Gainz, I would give benefit of the doubt to Slow Meta on this one. This website is aging and not like fine wine. It doesn't dynamically update the comments list. SM could have been taking 20-30 minutes to craft his/her reply, and by then all of those other users had commented. On my previous comment, you can see I have a wall of text right there and when I posted my comment I didn't even see your reply to SM.
