Now that's what I call a WHOOSH! I was 197 on Monday, having eeked out the last few pounds I lost ever so slowly. Then I had a virus thru Wed night, with a high fever. Thurs I was back to normal temp, ate normal meals, and was down 5 lbs. I thought it would come back as I ate normally Thurs/Fri, but this morning I'm down another half pound!
