ceisue's Logboek, 04 apr 11

I am not a good dieter. I just try to make more sensible choices than I have in the past but I still like my sweets. I'll try to cut calories somewhere else so I can sneak in a few cookies or a candy bar. And I've been trying to exercise more - mostly walking. I used to be a very thin person a looooong time ago - about 30 years ago. I've been gaining weight ever since then and I hate it!!

I have never been successful at dieting - I usually lose about 10 pounds then I gain it all back plus some. So hopefully this time I can do better.

Any tips or pointers will be greatly appreciated. I am excited to be on here and begin my journey.
