Feeling refreshed after a lovely 2hours walk around park and local woods payback for all my sins over the last two days. Discovered some new routes and saw a fantastic Red Kite flying as they do over head. Took a flask of coffee and stopped for 15mins just to enjoy the fresh air, cold damp and not much light....its grim up north.
