Reset my data - started again today. I am in good shape - still the same weight as I was a few months ago, but now is the time to put the effort in. Just signed up with a personal training (my fatsecret buddy Kim) who is going to help my and my wife eat a lot more healthily and tone up our muscles as well as losing the required weight in the next 3 months.

hi have pushed this hormone theropy. have been eating a breakfast
and have found that devowering a gallon of water by lunch has killed my appetite. for diner i have been sticking with unjury protien that the surgeon gave me when they were going to clamp my stomach. I'm not getting on a scale but once a week. sunday

That's great Doug - I actually put weight on this week (1.6 lbs), but reasons are - muscle training (heavier than fat) and going out on Weds and having 6 x 23 oz Dos Equis! Need to restrict the ale a little.
