aolichi's Logboek, 09 feb 22

Since the lockdown ended and till now I have gained 5 kg, all of this because going to office: commute time, not balanced lunches, lack of time to exercise, strange office snacks.

Going back again to office on Monday, and I really need to work out the lunch options for me, also need to stay away from snacks there (I donā€™t even like them ffs), and to find time for exercise and fun.

Mission impossible though.

I try and have a meal prep day on a Sunday where I make up meals and sauces that can be frozen and it makes it really easy during the week to knock a yummy lunch together :)

you got this just work out what you like and make that work for snacks. I love cruskits for that reason as you can put anything on them and my weekness is bread then need butter on it all the cals add up. 😉 I also love greek yogurt with peanut butter melted and oat and coconut toasted. gives savoury and crunch. I even do pumpkin soup with cruskits . so many ideas on this group too
