Blah...lol.
So weekend was not the best I have ever had. Went out to eat with my church and family on friday and saturday which sucks for a dieter. I tried the portion thing and did well but then ended up getting 2nds which crushed any small eating victory I had...hence...the blah.
Sunday I did rebound though realizing my errors. So I am back on track. I am 364 and looking to break into the 350's by the end of this week. No more slowly dragging along and going down. It is time to kick this up into high gear. I have a goal of losing 40 pounds by my bday June 12th so I have to make up some ground here!
