I made it 175 days before finally weighing in today. Got inspired by another FS buddy to just step on and see where things are at. Not horrible, but not my happy weight either. Oh, well those elusive 5 lbs won't keep me up at night. I'm just not in a losing mode right now. Probably, because it's winter and it's comfy cozy sweater season!
No, in all honesty I do want to lose 5-7 lbs, but those damn pounds require a lot of freakin' effort, so I'm calling my lazy self out. Still running 3-4x a week, and that is helping me maintain, but I'm not pushing it, so that it moves over into losing territory.
Still on the vegetarian train. I've put fish back on the menu 2 months ago, but definitely no dairy or eggs. My digestion and skin have both become so good since I've removed meat, that I will never go back to eating cows, chickens, or pigs. Eating a 95% plant-based whole foods diet is working for me.
