Diet Paleo. I'm concerned that I won't get enough calories on this diet. Interesting experiment however, nearly 1/2 my calories over the past 3 days have come from fat. Typical protein intake, but remarkably low carbs. We'll see if I'm carb sensitive like I believe or not.
Emotionally, I'm down. Life is lukewarm and it's hard to get up and motivated in the morning. Hopefully, all of this plus Vit D will help.
