Sherillynn's Logboek, 12 mei 11

I am trying the Fat Fast for a few days. I just can't seem to get back into the weight loss groove no matter what I do here. I feel I've been following the diet well, (outside of yesterday for my birthday where I splurged on cole slaw and a glass of wine).
I've been really physically active on the farm tagging calves and unloading haywagons to name a few things but I still hover at that 210# mark. When I've gone below that, its for a day and then back up. My water intake is good. I just don't get it. But at any rate, this is the next step for me to get my metabolism back in the groove.
Well, I am off to go morel picking. I 've been out 3 times already and scored a big fat zero. If I don't find any today, I will consider the season over and a complete mushroom crop failure. Cross your fingers for me!
