I usually weigh in once a week, first thing in the morning before I've had anything to eat or drink. Getting on the scale everyday for me, just drove me nuts.

Yes I was weighing in daily and the up and downs drove me crazy, once a week still keeps me on track without getting discouraged.

lol! That's what makes the world so fun! Everybody is different. I weigh daily. If I see a 2 oz difference in the green, it spurs me on to be even better the next day. If I see a 2 oz difference in the red, it kicks me in the butt to be better the next day.

Very true! I think my scale is a bit messed up, its digital and I can step on in 3 times in a row and get within a 3-5 lb difference sometimes so I think I am going to buy an old school scale instead

I agree, Kelly. A good quality scale is a must. Mine is digital too, but I can step on it several times in a row and it always registers the same amount ... although I HOPING it will be lower. lol

There are so many things that can affect your weight that is very prominent when you weigh yourself daily. If you ate a little too late last night, or didn't get enough sleep, or drank a lot of water, etc. If it's your way though and it works for you, power to you!! Good luck on starting off!
