Rosamidnight's Logboek, 26 jan 15

At this point the "not smoking" is bothering more than the "not eating" but I have a backbone of granite. I will not smoke ever again and I will lose the 6kg's in less than 3 weeks. I am not a "foodie" but now that I am post menopause, I will have to watch what I eat. If only I could give up sugar in my first cup of tea in the mornings. Lord it can't be that hard. This is much easier now that my smoking daughter, who is also reed thin has left home so the fridge is not filled to brim with food and there is no smoking around me to trigger me.

Have added Jalepeno peppers into my diet (which consists of cucumber, a salt substitute, and black pepper) as I recalled somewhere in the back of my mind that they are thremogenic. Did a bit of research. Chili Pepper Can Help You Burn Fat and Lose Weight
