Finally think I have some things on FatSecret figured out. Didn't realize I could log in weight, challenges and journal in one spot. Or that "How closely followed"mm was referring to my "diet". I thought it meant how closely did I follow the challenge. That one I have failed a few times on the Squat challenge so that was Reasonable Well. But I haven't cheating on eating so that is 100%.
