I'm very surprised (but pleased) that somehow this week I managed to lose some weight.
I've reached my 2nd mini-goal, which is 20lbs off (from when I re-started again at 238 pounds). I feel like I should shout and go woo! but, I don't see much of a difference in my appearance yet..so not going to do that just yet.
The weight loss---It could be that I moved around more (but I'm not sure that I did?), or that I ate less (I did, and I had my husband portion out things so that I didn't gorge on foods) and of course, I'm drinking more water. So...maybe all three things contributed. Either way, I figure it's good. :)
