Yesterday was the day from hell. And I honestly thought that I had totally messed up with eating. I even had large fries from Wendy's yesterday for lunch. I was so upset with myself that I didn't even want to track what I ate. But this moring I was determined to pay the piper. I guess I should've tracked my calories right away, because it turns out that even though I thought I had a total melt down, I was still short by 150 calories from my RDI. Weird how our minds play tricks on us...

I had such a bad day yesterday that I didn't want to go play soccer. I was thinking that I would have a horrible game and not do well, or not enjoy playing. Boy, was I wrong! I had such a great time. Playing soccer and getting out of the house was exactly what I needed. Plus I got to vent to some really great ladies and I got hugs all around. God, I love my friends and team mates.

And I'm playing so much better!!! I've almost lost 15 pounds and I can totally feel it when I run. I feel springier. I can't wait to lose 10 more pounds. Nothing has motivated me more to continue losing weight than last night's game. We're done for the season and I've got two (maybe 3) weeks until next season's game starts and my goal is to lose 5 more pounds by then. I might even play a few scrimmage/practice games between now and then. I'm loathe to lose my biggest calorie burner every week (1100 cal for 1 game - and I don't include my warmup in those numbers).
