Comparing the data from the previous times I was around this weight, my waist is over an inch smaller than any other time. My Viceral fat has dropped to 7% which it hasn't done before I was at least a kilo lighter. My muscle mass is supposedly higher, but I'm not sure how reliable this reading is and as for my metabilic age it says that I'm 21. Oh, how I wish...
Looks like all the gym and cycling are paying off though :-)
