Andy Ellarby's Logboek, 21 feb 15

Four days into my diet so far, it has been easy with the food. I am eating a 100% vegan diet, but my diet has often been that before. What is difficult is no alcohol, especially on a Friday and Saturday night when I am used to going out and having a few drinks. I have been good, I have not snacked, just the regular means. I know I have lost a few pounds, but I don't want to officially weigh myself in yet until I know for certain that the loss is real. I may start the aerobic exercise in the gym tomorrow if not too busy. Speaking of busy, I have been keeping myself occupied, especially round 'happy' hour time by learning to play the ukulele.

You are doing great! :) Yes, I enjoy an occasional wine in the evening! I noticed that when I do sneak in a glass, that I don't lose the weight. Staying busy is a good thing I think! I hope that you hang in there. My bet is, by the next weigh-in, you will have made yourself proud because of your discipline!~Ann
