I am trying once again to get back on track. I've really lost my way and drive to get more weight off. I've gone through some rough patches over the past 5-6 months, my sweet mother in law unexpectedly passing away, surgery, and the loss of a close friend. I seem to fall into a winter depression as well. All these are easy excuses to keep being active, but I did find myself just not feeling like doing much. So I thought if I get back to journaling it might help motivate me to eat cleaner and get back to walking and hiking.
