this was the ploughman's lunch minus the cheese and meat, I didn't feel like eating meat that day, plus who doesn't like a crunchy carrot. I'd not been feeling very well recently and got diagnosed with Diabetes type 2 and Anaemia, and high blood pressure, the diabetes runs in the family, infact the whole of my immediate family have got it, or died from complications, stroke and heart attack from it, so I know what to expect, plus the greater tendency for alzimers, not that it was a wake up call, but I cannot escape my fate. It is what it is. I'm actually glad it's come to this, now there are no excuses for feeling better.
