Poor diet this last week (boyfriend came to stay and fell off the wagon somewhat!) last few days have been better. Trying to moderate my portions and swap refined sugar for dried fruit on my breakfast cereal (for example) and have given up drinking squash, apart from rare occasions when I feel a bit dehydrated and want to drink a lot quickly. Not been to the gym this week until today, either, think my body needed a bit of a break! So I was happy to discover my weight had gone down again today. Whatever it is I'm doing I'm doing it right! Think light, be light :)
