Interesting to note where I’m sore from the fitness test: only shoulders and triceps (due to push ups) and inner legs (ski sit). Clearly I can push myself a bit more on core and legs. Had a good cardio sweat with my beloved ‘Just Dance’. Anyone dancing for fitness?
