I am not being a good dieter this week. I'm having some portion size issues and problems with eating seconds. Well, there's no problem in eating the seconds -- that's the problem.
I'm going to be kind to myself and not get too upset. Last week, I was sick and only ate about 800 calories a day for 5 of the 7 days. That's not good. I think my body is trying to make up for it now that I'm feeling better. And again, I am struggling in drinking my water.
I think I'm going to give myself a break and not even weigh in this week. Just call it a wash and start fresh. I've only got 9 pounds to get to my goal and I'm afraid that if I step on the scale and it's up, I'll be demoralized.
