12.13.22.20.26 138.9 Dinner was Chinese. Chicken Donburi and chicken tempura sushi. I mostly just ate the sushi. Leftovers for tomorrow. Yeah, we’re not even going to talk about what I ate after, but it involved cookies and peanut butter bread. I really need to core work. I think more than lose weight I want the tummy and thigh chub gone.
