Weighed in stayed the same as last weigh in ...but had been up to 182 beginning of the week so a little progress - a bad couple of weeks no time to work out & although didn't do too bad with food - was inconsistent with calories & carbs... some weeks are just so busy especially in the summer!! 1 more week until vacation!! hopefully will do some walking while in Florida (unless the heat kills me first)!!

That weight is going to come off, Sue! Keep it up! :) Even though the scale didn't move this time, there's still groundwork being built here. Your body may be in an adjustment period - once it figures out that you are not going to give it carbs to run on, it'll start burning fat instead. I had a couple of weeks where I was doing everything right and not losing - just staying at the same weight - but I stuck to it and now I'm dropping a pound a week. I'd rather have two pounds a week, but I don't exercise. If you're working out you're already ahead of the game!
