kay2906's Logboek, 10 apr 15

I measured myself this morning, I've put on 1" on my waist and 1/2" on my hips over the winter- this started in the run up to last Christmas and inactivity over the winter hasn't helped. I've had a hip replacement so I'm wary about going out walking during the winter- if I slip I can't get up because I've lost muscles round my knee. But it's now Spring and back to the allotment for my exercise, that and the Hairy Bikers Diet and maybe I'll lose those last few lbs!
