I had to bring my 2 year old to the ER, and found out he weights 25lbs. I realized that's how much weight I've lost! Watching him run around and thinking of how heavey he can be to carry for a long period of time. It really made me realize how much I lost and why I feel so much better now.

At my last Dr apt my doc told me next time I am at the store, pick up a 20lb bag of cat/dog food and remember that is what you lost. I did it and I was disgusted. Hard to believe that was on our thighs, huh?! Good job!
